Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using LisboaPorFavor's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Booking & Reservations
Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment
- You will receive email confirmation within 24 hours
- Tour details and meeting points will be provided in confirmation
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at time of booking for most tours
- Private tours may require 50% deposit with balance due 48 hours prior
- All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable
Cancellation & Refund Policy
✅ Full Refund (100%)
- Cancellation 24+ hours before tour
- Weather cancellation by us
- Guide unavailability (our fault)
⚠️ Partial Refund (50%)
- Cancellation 12-24 hours before
- Medical emergency (with proof)
- Flight cancellation (with proof)
❌ No Refund (0%)
- Cancellation less than 12 hours
- No-show without notice
- Customer weather concerns
Participant Responsibilities
Health & Safety
- Inform us of any medical conditions or mobility limitations
- Wear appropriate clothing and comfortable walking shoes
- Follow guide instructions and safety recommendations
- Stay with the group and respect meeting times
Conduct
- Treat guides and other participants with respect
- No disruptive behavior or excessive alcohol consumption
- Photography restrictions must be observed
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times
Liability & Insurance
- Participation in tours is at your own risk
- LisboaPorFavor is not liable for personal injury or property damage
- We recommend comprehensive travel insurance
- Maximum liability limited to tour price paid
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms continue in full effect.
