Booking Policy

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your tour details within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Group discounts may be available for parties of 6 or more - please contact us for details.
